The best pitches on the best sites don’t hang around, which is why with our help, once you make your decision to purchase, we can help make it a reality with minimum fuss.

Through Eurocamp and Keycamp, Own a Holiday Home has built up a solid reputation with Europe’s leading transport providers, which, if you so wish, we will help you arrange. We can also organise for a professional installation team to install and commission your home for you. All this is to ensure that you’ll be ready to go from the moment you collect your keys… “clef en main” as the French say.

SECURE THE HOME YOU WANT

If you’ve decided on your pitch and mobile home you can reserve both by paying a deposit of 20%. This can be made by cheque or bank transfer and confirms your intention to buy, so we can order your mobile home and set things in motion.

Your deposit will secure the pitch you want and ensure it is not available for anyone else. The balance will be required prior to your mobile home being made available to you and prior to any transportation from the factory. Transport to your chosen campsite will be arranged with our transport partner.

IN YOUR OWN TIME

You can make your decision either whilst you are on your viewing break or once you’re back in the UK. But remember, the best pitches on high demand campsites are rare, and we can only reserve a location for you once we’ve received your deposit.

On your viewing break
You can complete all the contracts for the purchase of your mobile home and hand over your deposit whilst on your viewing trip. All contracts will be English, and our mobile home advisors will explain all the details and answer any final questions you may have.
In the UK
If you want to wait until you are back in the UK before making your decision, or would like to view the range of mobile homes again, you can come and visit us at our Cheshire offices and showground. Here we can review all of your options, handle all of the contract details, and you can make your deposit to secure your home.

Here are some of things you might want to consider in making your decision:

Bear in mind that some campsites only accept mobile homes from certain manufacturers – check the campsite pages for details.
Some campsites are quiet, cosy and secluded, whereas others can get busy at certain times of year. Pick the style that suits you and your family best.
Consider whether you want your mobile home placed on a residential site, open all year, or a seasonal site, typically open April to October.
Think about whether you want a continental or British specification for your mobile home. Our range includes Willerby and BK Bluebird, two of the UK’s leading names in mobile homes, and IRM , France’s most popular manufacturer.
We can also source homes from other UK suppliers such as Atlas if you wish.
While on your viewing break speak to other residents on the campsite to help you get a feel for the place.
